A comprehensive website rebuild project was launched, focusing on user experience (UX), mobile optimisation, reassurance through independent customer reviews, and a detailed FAQ page.

The process was designed to be as simple as possible, ensuring all information remains confidential. To facilitate this, an online chat was introduced where a travel insurance agent can guide users through the process. After starting the quote journey, users are presented with several policy options, each leading to a dedicated information page to explain the cover details and benefits. Once a suitable policy is found, users can click the ‘Get Online Quote’ button to complete their details.
